Insights gives account administrators a centralized view of how Guild is being used across their organization and a tamper-evident record of administrative actions. Access Insights from the left sidebar under your account name. Only account administrators can view Insights.

Usage dashboard

The Usage dashboard shows platform-wide consumption metrics aggregated across all workspaces in your account.

Token consumptionLLM input and output tokens used per agent, workspace, or time period
Session countNumber of agent sessions started
Run timeTotal agent execution time
Trigger activitySessions started by event, scheduled, and API triggers
Use the time range selector to view data for the last 7 days, 30 days, or a custom range. Filter by workspace or agent to drill into specific usage.

Audit logs

Audit logs record administrative actions taken by members of your account. Each log entry captures:

TimestampWhen the action occurred (UTC)
ActorThe user who performed the action
ActionWhat was done (e.g., credential.created, trigger.deleted)
TargetThe resource that was affected
WorkspaceThe workspace where the action took place, if applicable
Audit log entries are read-only and cannot be modified or deleted.

Exported actions

Audit logs capture actions in these categories:
  • Credentials — connect, disconnect, rotate
  • Triggers — create, update, delete, activate, deactivate
  • Agents — install, uninstall, publish
  • Integrations — create, update, publish, delete
  • Members — invite, remove, role change
  • API keys — create, delete

Exporting logs

Click Export in the Audit Logs view to download a CSV of the currently filtered log entries.
