Account settings let you manage your personal Guild account. Access them by clicking your avatar at the bottom of the left nav and selecting Settings. This opens Access & setup for your personal account on Account.
Appearance
Choose how Guild looks to you: Light, Dark, or System, which follows your OS preference. Select a theme tile to apply it immediately.
Danger zone
You can request permanent deletion of your account from the Danger Zone on Access & setup > Account. Submitting the request notifies Guild support, who processes the deletion manually. Once support processes the deletion, you receive a confirmation email at your registered email address confirming that your account has been closed.
Closing an account:
- Blocks sign-in through every method, including OIDC and magic-link.
- Revokes all owner-scoped personal account API keys.
- Deactivates active login sessions, signing you out of open browser and CLI sessions.
- Soft-deletes your OIDC logins.
If you try to sign in to a closed account, Guild displays the following message:
This account has been closed. Contact support@guild.ai if you believe this is a mistake.
Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. All your personal workspaces, agents, sessions, and data are removed.
